Decent BBQ! The staff is always friendly (maybe mildly confused and/or overwhelmed depending on the day). I ordered take out online, went at the estimated time and had to wait 30 more minutes when I got there, which was fine, but then I had to wait even longer because they forgot a side! But, my food was fresh and still warm when I got home, so I can't complain.
The food tasted hot, fresh and smokey. The staff did a good job and were nice as well.

AMAZING BBQ!! I've been dining and taking out from here since 1996. The food is great and service is always on point. They have so many options and I love that I can depend on them when I need events catered too. I love the new brisket, ribs and nachos. When you need something sweet to finish the meals I highly suggest the donut holes (they are little bites of heaven).
The wait time was good. We got right in. Service was ok. She would of made more money for the restaurant if she would of came over and asked if we wanted anything else before she brought our food. The sauces tasted off I don't know if it was because we were at a corner table that hardly got used. They did taste a little funny though. I would go back to this restaurant again but it makes you wonder that on a Friday night but it wasn't busier. If you like barbecue this is one restaurant to go to.
I'm a BBQ snob. Trust. With that said, I was pleasantly surprised by Bandana's! I didn't have high expectations. I mean, it's a chain, right? In a strip mall? Let's not do this. But it was actually pretty good for being what it is! I'm a Texan, so I got brisket and it wasn't too bad. I would have liked more smoke flavor, but for a strip mall, they were just fine. The sauces were good; I preferred the sweet and smoky, but that's just me. Smoke is everything. recommended for a quick but nice lunch or dinner.
Went to St. Louis for a hockey tournament. and this place was recommended by a few different people. we went to try it out. it was really good. I had the plate with Beef and chicken. They have 4 different bbq sauces on the table you can use. their original is the best. make sure to get their corn on the cobb. i think the guy said they deep fry the corn. it was really good if your in st charles try it out.
